The past two years have not been easy on anyone, and even though we always had wellbeing in the center of how we support our people, we decided it was time to take it one step further.

As we scaled up, we knew we had to intentionally think through the concepts of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), what they mean, and how they’re practiced at Dashlane.
