Credential security leader brings aboard top talent from Dropbox, Okta, and Panther to further accelerate enterprise business

Leading credential security provider Dashlane today announced an expansion of its executive leadership team, welcoming Senior Vice President of People, Pamela Golden, and Senior Vice President of Product and Partnerships, Jon Cho. Bringing decades of experience in scaling high-growth organizations, Golden and Cho join Dashlane at a time of rapid growth in serving more than 23,000 enterprise customers, including Air France, BBC, Greenpeace, Forrester Research, and Sephora, among others.

Cho brings over 20 years of product management and strategic partnerships experience to help Dashlane expand relationships with leading cybersecurity platform players. He most recently served as Senior Director of Product Management at Dropbox where he led the growing business and product development experience across several industries, from airfare to electronics. He also served as senior Product Management leader at LogMeIn.

Golden has extensive experience leading and managing people operations at mission-driven technology companies. She brings an extensive track record of helping to establish and scale high performing and value-based cultures at organizations large and small. She most recently led HR at Panther, a leading cloud-native SIEM provider, and held several leadership positions at Google.

“Credential security is a mission critical issue for businesses of all sizes and has become the dominant concern for enterprises globally amid continued user and identity-focused attacks,” said John Bennett, Dashlane Chief Executive Officer. “Pamela and Jon each have deep experience in leading high-performing organizations and a proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS and security companies.”

This expansion comes as Dashlane continues to drive automated security innovation on behalf of its enterprise customers, arming CISOs and their teams with the tools they need to protect their organization from credential-based attacks, which are the leading cause of breaches. Most recently, the company announced Dashlane Nudges, a proactive tool that encourages a more security-conscious workforce by monitoring for compromised credentials and providing users with actionable steps to change the password and remediate the risk.

“Dashlane’s visionary leadership and credential security innovation help enable and secure thousands of businesses and millions of employees globally. I am excited to work alongside such passionate individuals who share the same goal of growing Dashlane’s ecosystem while solving customer problems through advanced solutions and technology,” said Cho.

“The people at Dashlane are key to the company’s continued success and leadership in the credential security space. The company’s commitment to continuous innovation was an immediate draw for me and I’m honored to play a pivotal role in helping our team members reach their fullest potential,” said Golden.

In addition to these executive appointments, Dashlane promoted two executives — Anne-Sophie Cuzacq to Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Jeff Cozzaglio to Senior Vice President of Sales — to further bolster the Go-To-Market investment as Dashlane scales its enterprise business. It also welcomed Gaurav Bhatnagar as Vice President of Data & Analytics who joins from Okta and deepens Dashlane’s data and analytics investment in support of its enterprise programs.
